Many people want to be leaders. However, those who wants it most, often do not have the necessary skills and competencies to be become a good leader. The best leaders are those who intrinsically motivate teams. They are self-conscious, but not egoistical. Good leaders are sociable and good with people. They have a structured approach to goals and tasks. They have a very clear communication style and give direction and meaning. They emotionally stable and know how to show their emotions to others. Besides all of this, good leaders have a sincere wish to contribute with something useful for others. They are pro socially motivated.
