My mission is to integrate the current and emerging global paradigm shifts in business lives, a cultural transformation from a male dominated to a partnership model. Management of the 3rd Millennium requires leadership and ability of strong communication skills, the ability to see the broader picture, needs understanding of others and the ability to empathize, needs focus on the team rather than on power games. This is what I mean with the Female Approach and the partnership model. What would your organization look like with an implemented partnership model? In the coaching we work on how you act from your true self, the authentic self, as an inner realization in order to allow you to show your power and charisma.
For this purpose we also explore your core values as they are crucial for your success.
For you to have more influence, we integrate your feminine and masculine features in your communication and interaction – your outer realization.
This process is necessary to develop your personal success in the first place and – in the second place – it will support the development of companies from the men´s world into a sustainable future and the world into a better place to live.
