When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change! \u2013\u2013 Wayne Dyer<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Jan-Claude Junker, the President is the head of the European Commission, recently said that the fact that our wealth \/(meaning Europe and the US) is build on social dumping, has to end. A holistic economy will be a radical shift in how we run society. It will be a socialist and capitalist approach. It will demand we think of not finding one right answer. From a holistic perspective one tries to find all the answers that applies to a particular situation. We need to be innovative and adapt to the changes we are seeing and go out of our comfort zones and from our rigid way of thinking and our rigid belief systems. A holistic approach suggests that there is no one size fits all answers to how this change will happen. Rather it focuses on that each community consists of \u201cmosaic of people, traditions, beliefs and institutional uniquely shaped by long term pressures of geology, human history, culture, local environment, and changing human needs\u201d (from the report by Capital Institute).<\/p>\n

No wonder this report concludes that we are all connected to one another and to the planet and therefore we all need to be part of the change that we want to see. Just as we are witnessing the emerging paradigm shift towards a more female quality oriented future, we are also experiencing an emerging paradigm shift towards a holistic and really sustainable future. There are many initiatives around the world and according to the Capital institute \u201c innovators and entrepreneurs around the world are already responsible for thousands of sustainable initiatives and movements that are helping re-imagine capitalism\u201d a proof that a new economic concept is being created. The report goes on to state that we need to change our collective mindset. \u201cThis is a monumental challenge that holds the promise of uniting our generations in a shared purpose. We now have a more rigorous understanding of what makes human networks healthy \u2013 this alone constitutes an amazing opportunity. <\/p>\n

It is time to act. Our actions now, will mots certainly define the nobility of our lives and our legacy. This is the great work of our time\u201d For this change to happen we need the female qualities: the collective intelligence, the capacity to think complexity, the competence to build network and to think long term.
