Jahrtausend erfordert einen mehr weiblichen F\u00fchrungsstil und starke kommunikative Begabung, die F\u00e4higkeit, das breitere Bild zu sehen, es braucht Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr andere und die Begabung zur Empathie, es braucht den Fokus auf das Team statt auf Machtspiele. Das ist es, was ich mit Weiblicher Ansatz und mit Partnerschaftsmodell meine. Wie w\u00fcrde Ihre Organisation mit einem umgesetzten Partnerschaftsmodell aussehen?
